The grappa of Bardolino comes from a rich composition of marc and is the proof of a perfect balance between alcohol and aroma, rich in tastes and flavors.

This grappa is obtained from the distillation in a bain-marie in discontinuous steam still of selected fresh pomace, which produce a fine grappa with a delicate and dry taste.
