Fillets of salted white fish from Lake Garda, fished directly by local fishermen and processed in the town of Garda according to the traditional recipe.
Filleted, peeled and left to rest in salt, they are then put in Viola extra virgin olive oil for a natural preservation.
They are excellent to combine with spaghetti or polenta, following this procedure: blend the fillets of white fish and put them in a pan, add plenty of extra virgin olive oil and pasta cooking water (important: do not salt the cooking water, the salt of the fish will be enough).
