The extra virgin olive oil “Nuovo Dì – New Oil 2024” is still packaged in the “raw” state (i. e. not filtered) therefore rich in particles of olive pulp that give it its characteristic turbid green colour, a strong taste and a strong scent of freshly crushed olive.

It is a 100% Italian product obtained from the 2024/25 milling campaign

Recommended as a seasoning for: red meats, bruschetta, pizza, pasta and eggs
